Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
1 Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. We aim to provide a seamless and convenient cancellation process for our valued customers. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1.1 Cancellation Period
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, orders may have already been processed for shipping and cannot be canceled.
If your order is canceled within the allowable cancellation period, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
1.2 How to Cancel:

Please provide your order number and the reason for cancellation when contacting us.
1.4. Late Cancellations:
Orders canceled after the 24-hour window may already be processed and shipped. In such cases, customers may choose to initiate a return following our return policy.
2 Return Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your Le Doggo purchase, simply return the goods to us. Please review our Return policy below:
2.1 Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
2.2 Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ledoggo23@gmail.com
Clearly state the reason for the return along with your order number and contact information in your return request.
Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and any accessories that came with the product.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
You are required to return the goods to us by using a trackable shipping service: registered post or special delivery. Please, obtain the proof of posting. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
2.3 Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
2.4 Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately (no later than 3 days after the delivery). We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference, and we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
2.5 Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as dog treats, grooming products, and pet apparel (that have been worn or used) cannot be returned.
2.6 Exceptions:
Our return policy is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to deny any return if the item does not meet our return policy criteria.
3 Refunds
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Le Doggo Shop is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
4 Duties and taxes
4.1 International Orders:
For orders shipped outside of our home country Lithuania, duties, taxes, and customs fees may be imposed by the destination country's customs authority.
The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or customs fees at the point of entry into the destination country.
4.2 Customs Clearance:
Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders due to customs processing.
4.3 Invoice Declaration:
To comply with customs regulations, we declare the full value of the purchased items on the shipping invoice. We do not undervalue or mark packages as gifts to avoid customs fees.
5. Refused Deliveries:
If a customer refuses delivery of an international order due to refusal to pay duties, taxes, or customs fees, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and any associated fees. Any refunds issued will be subject to deductions for shipping and handling costs.
